Note: Soybase is a database of genetic, phenotypic, and other information about soybean. In 2006, we converted from an old genetic database system (AceDB) to a new
relational system (MySQL) and built an enhanced web interface to the data, in particular using CMap to provide map visualizations. As the
old AceDB interface to SoyBase is no longer being maintained, we discourage its use but you
may access it here if necessary. The "Williams Physical Map"
is an interface to data from the soybean phsical map project for cultivar "Williams." Sister projects, the
Legume Information System (LIS) and Legume Information Network(LIN),
provide additional comparative tools and resources. Please let us know if you have questions or suggestions.
